Faith. We all have faith that the car will start, that the lights will turn on, maybe even that the weatherman will be correct! But why not put our faith in something that is worth it, Jesus! Hebrews 11 gives us some examples of great faith-filled lives.

One of the hardest things to deal with is suffering. The question is often asked, if God is a loving and sovereign God why do people suffer? 1 Peter 3 tells us that it is better to suffer for doing good rather than suffer for doing evil. It's a hard topic, but let's tackle it together!

If I have Christ in my heart I don't need to be scared of death because Christ gives eternal life. Philippians 1:19-26 shows us that even in death Christ can be glorified. As a Christian death is not the end, but rather a beginning of an eternity with our Creator!

What do we pursue? In 1 Timothy 6:11, we as Men of God, are instructed to pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience and gentleness. When we pursue these things in our life, parenting, work, etc... God is glorified!

Why do we have so many denominations? Why are there so many different versions of the Bible? Simple answer: preference.
The point of the church is to worship Jesus; churches do it differently than others. The point of the Bible is to show us God's relentless pursuit of His people, and different versions tell that story easier than others.
We pray this message serves you well.

We all have questions about our faith. This week we launched a new sermon series, "Can I Ask That in Church?"
Is temptation a sin? Simply put, no. Jesus was tempted but Jesus also never sinned. James 4:7 tells us to, "submit yourselves to God. Resist the devil and he will flee." That is a promise, the devil will flee. We do not have to give into temptation, no matter how hard it gets.

This is the last message in the series, "GROW-Through Maturity and Unity"

"Everybody is somebody that Jesus died for."
-John Maxwell
If that statement is true does it change anything about my life? Oftentimes we as Christians think it is our job to CORRECT lost people, when Christ simply calls us to CONNECT to lost people.
We hope this message serves you well.

1 Samuel tells of the story of Hannah and a tough relationship she had. We oftentimes compare ourselves to others, and that gets us in trouble! Happy Mother's Day!

John 17:6-19 tells us Jesus' prayer for His disciples is that they would take the knowledge of truth Jesus has given them and spread it out. Just as Jesus and the Father are unified, through the Holy Spirit the disciples could be unified with God as well. The same goes for us as Christians. There is so much more that brings us together than that which divides us! Join us as we pray for other churches!
